Notes on prices

Our booking terms are: we require a 30% deposit on booking and the balance 6 weeks before your stay. We ask guests to sign a short rental agreement and all payments are receipted. Payment can be GBP or Euros by bank transfer. If you prefer credit card we can arrange a payment by Paypal. If you wish we can arrange for you to speak to former guests for further peace of mind. We have now been renting for over 12 years although not always on this site.
